Guidance for Parents and Carers

The latest Government advice regarding schools is below:

https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/what-parents-and-carers-need-to-know-about-early-years-providers-schools-and-colleges-during-the-coronavirus-covid-19-outbreak/step-4-update-what-parents-and-carers-need-to-know-about-early-years-providers-schools-and-colleges

Please continue to support your child by talking positively about school, getting back into good sleep routines and please try to avoid worrying them too much about the situation. Please do let us know if you or your child are anxious about attending school.

You are no doubt aware of the government guidance as to what to do if you or your children develop coronavirus symptoms:

Stay at home for 14 days and take a PCR test if you have:

a high temperature of 37.8
a new continuous cough
a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste
Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.

Please continue to reinforce the need to regularly wash hands and to catch and bin any sneezes or coughs.
